Ordered 2 e-bikes on 2 different credit cards. We were never given a working tracking number for either bike. Every time we called to inquire about the bikes; we were stalled and given the run around. Bottom line; afterbover two months we never received anything. We cancelled our orders due to this. We were refunded for 1 bike. We had to go through our bank to get our money back for the second ordered bike.
