Addontrip.com travel agency. Beware - I booked a flight online. I received an urgent phone call, text and email to contact them regarding my flight purchase. The agent said her name is Morena and is with Addontrip agency. She said my reservation was on standby and that I needed to pay the difference in price or cancel my booking. She said I cannot get a refund and they cannot provide the tickets I bought. I requested contact information for my attorney and they provided fake information. Morena called me back about 2 hours later, starting all over with the same dialogue as before as if we had never spoken. I reminded "Morena" that we had just spoken and she ignored my comments and insisted I needed to pay more money. I have not received my airline tickets and do not know where to go from here.!
