Type of a scam Online Purchase

I typed "USPS Move" in Google and the top result was not USPS but this website. The website requests your personal information including your old address and new address, you are prompted to provide a password and confirm the password to create a logon. Then they offer an additional 'feature' to notify businesses of your move in which they let you pick from a list (including banks, credit unions, etc.) to create a list of businesses for you to notify. After inputting the information, they request credit card information. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION. There is NO WAY to edit your profile information, delete or edit your profile.

Their Privacy Policy indicates you may contact them at the email and phone number on their web page but there is NO contact information for them. There is only an interactive form to send them a request which I chose not to populate so they would not get more of my information.

The next day I performed an identical search and they were not on the search results at all. This appears to be a scam. I believe they pay to position themselves above USPS for Google Search results. Attached is the screenshots I took of their website.
