We went to website: www.movemyaddressnow.com. It looks like an official form with the American flag symbol at the top. This page says that the post office charges $1.09 to process this. Then as soon as you fill out the form it goes to a payment page and said in fine print that the fastest way to do this is to pay $149.95. This is a scam because there is no way there is a charge for this. They are now not accepting American Express anymore. American Express will not give me my money back.

Google searched “usps change of address” because I was moving houses. Clicked on the first link displayed on the page. The website looked very official. Asked for previous address, current address, and credit card information.
