I filled out a change of address online. I thought I was in the USPS website but then it hit my bank for $179 to change my address under the name of Change My Address out of Nevada. First they hit my personal account for that much but I caught it so they then debited the office account. We were in the process of moving and I didn't catch it until today. It was made on 5/9/23. My name is Cathy Sherman and I can be reached on my cell at 405-401-7614 or the office 405-852-2117. I have called the number on the statement and left messages but have heard from no one yet.

I did a Google search to move my mother's address and thought I'd reached the USPS site. I'd forwarded addresses before online and knew there was a small fee. Today when I went to balance my checkbook I saw the $179.95 charge listed as POS CHANGE-USMAIL-ADDRESS 866-3778008 NV ON 230501##0268. I called the phone number and it was a generic "Customer Service Line" offering option to request rebate. It required the last 4 of my card used and my billing zip code. I've received a text from (515)501-5495 in Maxwell IA that my "order was refunded. Please allow 2 business days for your refund to appear." I am kicking myself for such a mistake PLUS giving my information to this customer service line! We shall see if there is a refund.

Under the faqs on their website it says there is a $1.05 identity verification fee but doesn't mention any other fees but was charged $180.00 immediately.
