I saw a pending transaction for $99.95 on my bank account named CHANGEMYMAIL-ADDRESS. I have not changed my address nor did I have a need for a change of address. The last time I moved was well over a year ago. The company would not provide me with a physical address or tell me how I ended up having an "account" with them. When I called the phone number provided by my bank 866-227-0880 the automated system asks if you are calling about a charge on your credit card. It then prompts you to select a 50% refund (which I did not). I waited to speak to a representative "Jane" who kept saying she was sorry for any inconvenience when I asked many questions including when did I change my address with them in the past and she said she did not see any order for that. This is complete FRAUD! They claim they will refund me within 3-4 business days.
