In an attempt to make an address change through the United States Postal Service, I was repeatedly recommended to use Addressgenie to update my information. After entering payment information that was to be sent to USPS for $1 and some change, (I believe .05) I received an alert via text that in fact I was charged 39.99! Please explain and advise me of the next steps to return my funds.
