Basically I put in a request on their website for a loan a lady named MarieAnd said my loan was approved for $5000 I just had to put down 450 which I did then she said that that the loan company checked by credit and wanted and wanted 450 more and I said no and then she found another lone company that said that they would accept it for 225 so then I accepted it and then they said that I had to pay the fee the transaction fee which was 150 so I did that. Time passed for when I was posted to receive the loan so I contacted her and said I still haven't received my loan she said I had to put more money down and so I said no I want a refund so she processed a refund said it would take 30 days I emailed her and the original customer service email both of which have now said that the email doesn't exist and every time I try calling they're supposed phone number it rings 3 times in go straight to voicemail so I am and very frustrated and want my money back and nobody is getting in touch with me or back to me I'm supposed to get my refund by the 17th which is Tomorrow but I do not think that will happen.

Was told I could get a loan if I pay collateral and wiring fees. I paid $1120.00 and didn't receive the loan and my money I paid in fees was never reimbursed.
