I purchased 3 dresses for $113, ran super small and poor quality so I initiated return/refund process. They wasted two weeks offering me a fraction of my $113 to keep unwearable clothes. I did a dispute on my credit card but then they told the credit card co they mailed me what I ordered so they reversed the credit. I mailed back the clothes and they refuse to refund me my $113

So much to say...Aderez is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I have been blocked from them on IG due to me posting questions on why they were not responding to my request for returns. The photos they post to sell their clothing does NOT match the items that arrive. Not only are the materials significantly different, but the sizing is also totally off as well. I asked to refund my items as they ranged in size from approximately 2-12. I ordered my size and none of them arrived as described per the measurements provided. It took over three weeks for their customer service to respond to me, only after 9 emails and publicly messaging them! I spent $148 and they offered me $15, after numerous back and forth, their best offer was $50. They gave me a return address in Dubai, that per FedEx and DHL I could not return to. When they were shocked I attempted to return the items, they told me to keep them and all I would get is $50. They never sent me an actual address to which I could send the returns. I am going to ask Amex to cancel the balance of my payment, but I don't have hope. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM ADEREZ!!!
