Aderez is advertising on Facebook fraudulently as a company located in South Carolina. The website is very nice--and legit looking. It states that their products are made and shipped from South Carolina. They have a 30-day return and refund policy on the website. I ordered a few items for $178.96. When I FINALLY received my package it had tags on the outside of the package that were obviously from China. When I tracked package the trail ended in Oklahoma. All of the items were made in China. I promptly contacted via email ([email protected]) the company to get an "authorization" to return the items and they responded that I could "keep the items and that they would refund $38" To which I replied--no, I would like to return for a complete refund. Back and forth. I insisted on an address--and they responded saying the address was in Dubai and that it would cost me more to return the items than it was worth. Their "final offer" is a $68 Refund--that I am still waiting for 10 days later. This company is fraudulent, they lie about where the merchandise is made and shipped from, and they do not honor their return policy. I have donated the merchandise as I do not buy anything made in China. I'm furious with this lying company and hope that no one else purchase from them nor be swindled by these crooks.
