This company claims to be US (South Carolina) based, but all communications from them (shipping, billing, return address) are either from NY, the UK or Dubai. And though their website states otherwise, they will not accept exchanges or returns. Our experience with them follows...

We ordered 3 dresses from their website. The website claims that all products are made in and shipped from South Carolina. After receiving the items in the mail (with a return address of Jamaica, NY), one of them was damaged and I wanted to exchange it. Their exchange policy states that exchanges are accepted and doesn't list any exceptions aside from a 30 day limit. Their return policy allows for the return of defective products only. There is no company phone number (the one I gave earlier is my home number b/c I couldn't move forward on this website without providing one). The only way to contact them is through email. After a lengthy series of email "back and forths" I was told that you could only exchange sizes of the same item... not exchange one item for another... and that even though the item was defective, they were unwilling to give me a return authorization.

They kept asking me to keep the item, yet ending every email with, "anything we can do for you, feel free to contact us". Eventually, they offered a $7 refund for a dress we paid $42 for... and asking me to keep the dress. They never would give me a return authorization. When they finally gave me a return address for the item (one month later and still w/o an authorization), it had to be returned to Dubai, UAE! I didn't look into it, but I'm guessing it would have cost more to return the item than it cost me originally.

I eventually agreed out of frustration to receive $21 credit to my original payment method and to keep the dress (though I won't wear it) and the credit was issued.

BUT, this is definitely a shady business. I have all billing, shipping and email communications if you need to see them.

I frequently google women's clothes made in USA and of cotton. I started receiving ads from Aderez stating ALL their clothes were made in South Carolina and many primarily of cotton. The website showed really cute women's clothes. What I ordered was advertised to be 65% cotton. I ordered two shirts for $79.98. When they finally came, tags didn't indicate where they were made or what they are made of but I'm sure it's not cotton. They were too small. I asked for exchange and then refund and also asked where they were made and what they were made of. In numerous emails, they never answered where they were made but that I'd have to pay the return postage to Dubai to exchange. I was offered various amounts starting at $12 to $40 for total refund and told to keep the shirts. I finally at $40 (half what I paid) told them to credit that back to my credit card. I came to the conclusion that I was going to be lucky to get any amount back. These clothes are evidently not made in the USA, not made of cotton and your money lost if you order from them. It concerns me that they have my credit card information. I hope you can expose this fraud.
