I was charged with a subscription pay and never received a product. I called customer service and the company acted aggressively and unprofessionally saying they are not responsible for the missing product and I need to contact my mail man. They then escalated and abusing my verbally about being entitled and would not let me finish my sentences as they were yelling at me. It was a very difficult and abusive interaction in phone call and email
