Asking for payment through Zelle or Venmo. When I asked to use a credit card they gave me some weird excuse about credit card merchant undergoing tech issues. So I did a search for reviews and found other people complaining about owing money.

The site only takes cash apps. I used Venmo. Zero correspondence and no product shipped. I tried to get a refund but was rejected.

I googled Stow And Grow Christmas trees and Adjustable Trees came up, I ordered a tree and paid by Venmo. The sales persons Venmo acct. was Mayra005, her name is Myra Oso. I never got a confirmation email or tracking no. so I tried contacting them by email, messaging, calling and live chat several times and never got a reply. When I tried messaging there was a box that said 11+2? but I couldn’t figure out what was supposed to go in that box so my message would not send.

I googled the address and it was a Radio Shack in a strip mall.
