Scammer pretended to be employer hiring for data entry clerk to work remotely. Personal information was given through app I had to download. The app was called chatwork where there was communication with hiring manager named Vivian Morales for an interview. Through another site is where the interview questions had to be answered and DOB, SSN, address, and picture of drivers license was uploaded for background check. Later that night I received a message that I was hired and offered job. The next day UPS delivered a check for $4900. This further heightened my suspicion of a potential scam.
