I was called by a woman Named Lacey saying I was being sued for a payday loan from 10 years ago. She wanted me to give her my debit info to withdraw money from next week. And emailed me a payment plan. I called the payday loan company I was told was using me. The company informed me that they did not file suit. And when looked up I never had an account there. Which I knew already. I asked Lacey from B&P to provide me with the contract that I had supposedly signed for this loan. I was told she could not send me that. That is being used in court against me. When I called her out she was mad. I hung up and received a phone call back about 30 minutes later. She then told me that she had just got of a meeting with the lawyers and that the email she sent me was cancelled. And they they were taking me to court. Again I asked for the said contract from the payday loan place. She told me good luck in court. They even used someone here in my state of Louisiana to call and say they were from a Delivery service that delivers legal papers and needed to set up a time to deliver to me. I called that woman out and apparently she called the other place back. I told them I would be contacting the local police and my lawyer. I also said they had no reason knowing my social. She (the delivery person) said she had every right. When I said the only thing she should know is the last 4 digits. I was told no she had the right to know all of it. Then she caught what she said and changed it to the B&P had it. But she told me my social. I will be contacting local authorities here.
