Placed an order for 3 sets of Kitchen Containers in May, '23. Received confirmation of order placed. Inquired about shipping as they were not derivered. Tracked with carrier and the tracking number I was provided with did not match my shipment from where it was shipped and what was in it. I emailed for another confirmation and was told the incorrect tracking was provided. Order would be reshipped. I waited for confirmation and heard nothing. Wrote to the admin who was communicating with me from Containes Heaven, still hadn't heard anything. Received an order has been shipped and a new tracking number earlier this week and checked on the status today. Carrier site and customer rep said it was shipped and delivered yesterday. The carrier confirmed that tracking number again was not for my order as it was shipped from another business. I feel that Containers Heaven searches for orders shipped close to locations in a shipping website and used them for fake reshipping confirmation numbers. I've asked for a refund. Unfortunately the statement of the original shipment does not reflect my account I used, so i have some researching to do to dispute charges once the account islocated.

2 falsified shipping numbers leads me to suspect this is a scam.

I have my string of email correspondences and proof of packages that were delivered but were not mine from the carrier website.

This is quite frustrating.
