Richardson delivery service and Richardson air animal pet mover. This is the delivery company that Simply dachshund Puppies used to be delivering a puppy to Cleveland airport. Puppy was paid in full the shipping amount paid in full that we were told. And about the time the puppy should have been getting on the plane we get an email saying that it needs pet travel insurance that cost $1,415 that we would get 95% of that back upon delivery of the puppy. We got a hold of the seller and told them we could not pay that we were not told that was the shipping we paid what she said was the shipping. She said she could not pay it. Then said she could pay $500. Then said she could pay $870. We left them know we still cannot pay that. So then next the delivery service emails the seller and she text message the message to us that we had 43 minutes to pay the insurance for the dog to get on the plane or the dog was going to a shelter. I have been in contact with the delivery service on their website not getting much answers being told we needed the insurance then being told that $1015. Was paid would not tell me by whom. And the balance needed to be paid which was $400. To both the seller and the delivery company I asked where I could pick up the puppy the delivery company said in their boarding area. I assume that their business and that it was getting fed and watered. Upon asking both of them for information I offered to fly down to Houston to pick up the puppy tomorrow (Which would be cheaper). And have gotten no response from either. I also told the delivery service that if they ship the puppy upon us physically receiving the puppy that I would then send the remaining balance of $400. And no response so we have paid for a puppy and shipping and we do not have a puppy and we are told by the seller they will not refund our $749.
