I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to inform you that you have been selected as a model to join our upcoming software firm gathering and represent our brand to our esteemed guests. Your unique style and presence make you the perfect fit for this role, and we are thrilled to have you on board. My name is Carlos Vasquez, and I am the Director of Starlight Talent. We believe you will be a fantastic addition to this project. We are confident that your commitment and abilities will significantly enhance the success of this event. We have complete faith in your capacity to represent our brand with the highest level of professionalism and creativity.
The event will take place on 12/17-12/20, and the location is being arranged in an appropriate studio in your city. As a model, your responsibilities will include showcasing our latest software products and embodying the essence of our brand through your demeanor and presentation. Your participation will be instrumental in creating a memorable experience for our guests and highlighting the innovative solutions that our software firm has to offer. You will be required to wear attire that aligns with our brand image and exudes professionalism. Our team will provide you with further details. You will represent the brand across various marketing materials as well, including print advertisements, television commercials, social media campaigns, and in-store displays.
An advance booking fee of $450.00 USD will be sent to you prior to the shoot to confirm your commitment to our upcoming project, in line with our business ethics. Upon completion of the shoot, a buyout fee of $2,550.00 USD will be issued to you. Additionally, we kindly request that you arrive at the venue by 1 PM for a brief orientation and rehearsal before the gathering begins. Our team will be on hand to provide any assistance or information you may need leading up to the event.
As a talent, you will receive a certified payment of $450.00 USD, plus an additional $2,050.00 USD for your wardrobe customization, shipping insurance, and related costs. The stylists will assist you in customizing your clothing, leather items, and accessories. When you receive the electronic deposit, the initial amount of $450 designated as your booking fee should be deducted. The remaining funds are intended for your wardrobe customization, shipping insurance, and shipping fees. When the time comes, we will guide you on how to make the payment for your wardrobe customization to the contracted stylist.
You are responsible for sending the payment for your wardrobe customization and clothing measurements to the stylist, according to their requested and acceptable business terms. This ensures that proper customization is achieved and labels are printed on your costumes. Please note that you are not responsible for providing the funds to cover your wardrobe expenses. The funds for both your booking payment ($450) and your wardrobe customization and shipping fee ($2,050) will be emailed to you as a single payment. I hope this is clear to you.
