The individual has a WebPage alleging to sell Russian Blue Kittens. Emails were sent confirming the kitten requested. The person then asked to ***** the money. The money did not go through and so he gave alternate ***** accounts to send the money. He claims the issue was on his end because he was using a credit union. He then suggested using Apple Pay. I asked to ******** the kitten and the confirmation that the kittens had a paid flight. He promised but did not do so. He did however said the ***** *** account to send the balance of the money
