Had to buy over $69 worth of crap to get free shipping. The site looks great. Clothes look like great quality and so does the jewelry. I ordered this stuff for my wife for her birthday. When I received the package it was in a tiny parcel from China. I couldn’t believe my eyes of what had just been delivered. I’ll attach the example of the earrings and you can use your imagination for the rest.

Then I go to ask for a refund, which I am still trying to fight to get, and they have the audacity to ask me to reconsider keeping the items, give to a friend or neighbor, and send me a $5 gift card for being sorry... I’m WHAT. In what works is that a refund. Their English and grammar is terrible in the email correspondence. They are obviously from China and trying to pull a fast one on Americans trying to buy nice hip looking clothes. All the models on the website are wearing nice quality stuff and they are all American looking models. I claim fraud as they are attempting to steal my money for a bunch of crappy clothes.
