There is no quarantine in Canada from puppies arriving from the states and I have been unable to locate anything about the permit/pass for moving from city to city in the states.
I was given a tracking number which I was able to use and found that instead of shipping to Vancouver it went via Seattle then onto to Toronto where is it supposed to be still waiting for a payment of $1700 for this permit/pass before delivery to Vancouver which I thought was odd. They did drop the quarantine price of $7300 when I insisted it was not needed.
I can't be 100% certain if they are both involved in this together but the puppy is still available on their website which is very suspicious
So we are at a standstill because I wont pay the $1700 and they are demanding if I don't pay they can't deliver the puppy.
The money I paid was through Interac-eTransfer and my bank became suspicious of the different emails I was asked to use and they are now in the process of trying to reclaim some of the money I paid back.
What is also strange is that all the money apart from the sale of the puppy was refundable apart from the crate and that a refund of 90%
If they are genuine that's okay but if not. I want people be aware of these two companies.
