Was buying a french bulldog puppy. Paid deposit $100. The other $400 paid upon delivery. The night before picking it up 3 hours away was texted they had to go out of town so they would ship puppy and would be delivered the next day. After the puppy was dropped off at shipping company the company emailed me saying the crate wasn't usable i needed to rent a crate $250 with $200 refunded when done. Then the morning of delivery company emailed saying the delivery drive doesn't handle payments so i sent the remaining balance $400. Then was contacted by email again by company saying the puppy was 30 minutes away but he needed city permit $1000. I didn't pay wanted to see him first. They kept making accuses. 3 days later thry are still trying to get me to pay or the puppy will be abandoned.
