This company was very convincing. They sent live video when requesteg and were very open with communication on care; even asking preliminary interview questions and asking for confirmation when the kittens arrived. They were very helpful all the way until the end. They charged us 1800$ for 2 pure bred ocicat kittens, which in our email communication included shipping directly to my door by their selected "delivery service". The delivery service had its own website and contact information,, but they were definitely working together.. When it came time for shipping however, this other company hit us up with a 2300$ rental fee for the crates they were to be air flown in. Which was understandable until they mentioned that "the US Aviation commission's rule and regulations on Pet Transportation" states that all pets traveling by air have a mandatory insurance policy which is variable depending on pet. I had never heard of an organization and asked my sister a veterinarian to read it over. This is when it became apparent we were scammed and out 1800 plus 2300 for the delivery. We contacted both businesses multiple times for our refund or to come to another means of attaining our paid for pets, without any response. This has devastated my husband and I both financially and emotionally.
