I went on fb found a place called adorable puppies rehoming in Oklahoma. Said the pup was in Norman. They gave me the name if the guy rehoming his pup. He said he was in Kansas that he moved for work. I contacted the place here in oklahoma they assured me that he was legitimate and that he was fully vetted. He said he would ship the dog to me through universal carriage services. They needed a special crate for the pup refundable deposit. I requested a pickup of the pup to ensure they had her and he sent me one. Now all the sudden they need insurance on her for another $550.
