He said his name was Chris and that he had a Basenji puppy for 650 and 120 for shipment he sent me two pictures of the dog he asked me what size yard who lives in the house do you know general questions that a breeder will ask then I only gave him 350 because I couldn’t afford the rest and when I told him that I was going to pay him the rest later on there was excuses after excuses for the dog and when he said he was going to give me back my money he disconnected the phone and he hasn’t return back my money but I did call my bank and told them the issue and they were going to try to resolve it
