The items I received do not match the photos displayed on the website. I suspect that the store is using photos from other small shops to misrepresent their products. I ordered three items, but the items delivered are completely different from what was advertised. Specifically:
The materials used are cheap polyester, contrary to the website's claim of using organic, breathable materials.
The shop's website indicates a UK location, but the items were shipped from China.
One item has illegible text with half-missing letters.
Another item has streaks across the front from poor-quality printing.
I have reached out to the seller, offering to return the items if they provide a prepaid shipping label. Unfortunately, the seller has only offered a partial credit, which I find unacceptable given the falsified and damaged nature of the merchandise. It is unreasonable for me to spend over $30 on return shipping for products that were misrepresented.
I believe this company is deliberately deceiving customers and exploiting the situation, as I have discovered several other customers experiencing similar issues. As a loyal PayPal user for over 18 years, I am hopeful that PayPal will take appropriate action against such practices and support me in resolving this dispute.
