I clicked on a TikTok ad for two metal kitchen racks. The company name and URL were adoraline.com, and I didn’t find any complaints when I searched so decided to order. Instead of what I ordered they sent me two cheap scarves. I emailed customer service and someone using the name Chloe said I would need to pay international shipping and return the items to a random address in China, or I could just accept a 40% refund if I didn’t want the hassle. I searched for the return to address on Google and found multiple complaints about the same scheme, with different products and different landing page names.
