I ordered a product for Mother's day on May 2nd. I continually checked my order status. I e-mailed customer service on May 19th only to get the following scripted response:

Your order is still in production.

Sorry for the delays, the main reasons for our delay:

The surge in orders exceeded our expectations.

Our products are handmade, and the sudden increase in orders is beyond what we can handle.

Moreover, Many workers took time off due to high-intensity work.

Please give us a few more days, and I will inform you as soon as the package is delivered.

Sorry about the inconvenience we caused again.

It is now June 3rd and my order is still in "production" and hasn't moved. I traced the e-mail IP address and learned that this company is based in China so that is why I still have no product but also now no one will respond to me for me to get a refund.

I bought an item from adorlla.com. It took 6 weeks to arrive. I paid 80 for a wooden personalized gift. I received a cheap print of the names that I could have done on my computer. I sent multiple of emails since that is the only way you can get a hold of them and no response. They ripped me off
