these people calls you , with all your information and says , you are about to be served papers because of fraud checks to a loan company that you took out. they call themselves the law offices of ADR Group. they calling to get your banking information ,so they say they can settle your debt , before it goes to court. I gave them some banking information because ,i thought it was real ,they had my full name , address and social security number. Then when i realized this was a scam, i call the bank and cancelled my information. I also googled ADR group scams and i read LOTS of similair stories, these people been during this for years. BEWARE!!!!!! I.m just afraid that these criminals have all my information. i've never been in trouble a day in my life .

Paid debt in question 3 years ago. I got a call from a "process server" who gave me a case # and ADRs phone #. I called and said that this debt was paid in full and that i sent the payoff letter to the credit bureaus. I was asked to email it to their website. Now they are sending me letters in regards to a lawsuit.

Just got a threatening message left on my phone from Carl Edwards from the ADR Group saying that a civil suit has been filed and that his company would like to speak with me prior to litigation happening. Well, when I look up this business, it is no longer open or operating. I haven't gotten anything in the mail regarding anything that would be past due, and have no "civil matters" that I am aware of.

I have been contacted y Carl Elliot and Carl Ellis same person stating that I owe for a loan that I never received. He has called my parents and has been stating that I will be served court papers if I don't not pay

ADR Group call from the contact number 844-367-9271 and tries to get a voice response. They demand to know who I am and if I will be home on Saturday to accept a delivery. When inquiring about who this business is they do not respond and demand further confirmation to get a targeted voice response.

Lady called me, stated her name was "Joyce Jacobs" with the "Spokane Municipal courthouse". She said a complaint was being filed against me, that I needed to speak with an "investigator". She transferred me to the "investigator, Jeff Turner", who proceeded to tell me a complaint was being filed against me fraud and theft, that people back east were taking loans out and skipping town, and going to jail for it. He then asked me if I was "one of those people?" The call was transferred to "processing", and, because of the shock of "charges", I gave my card number. After all this, I called the Spokane Municipal courts and was told there was no person with the name of "Joyce Jacobs" in the courts directory. The phone number listed on my caller ID from the original call was a direct line to the Spokane municipal court, which is the number I called and was told that there is no listing for that individual with the Spokane Municipal Courthouse. I also contacted the Sheriff's office, but they were not able to do anything for me.
