The scammer, Adriana Valdivia, and her associates are known for exploiting the elderly patients they care for. They accept cash from them to avoid paying taxes and boast about the monetary "gifts" they receive from their patients. There is a clear abuse of power here, and they take advantage of the most vulnerable. They have covered up cases of abuse and are overall a dangerous company. I am not sure how they are still operating, but I do know that they will continue their exploits until they are finally reprimanded.
