I received a call on my spouse's phone from a company called ADS Outsourcing, starting I committed fraud and she wanted to give me the opportunity to keep them from taking legal action on a loan I purposely failed to pay back. She was very rude, wouldn't let me speak said it I got mouthy she would send to a judge and get me for fraud. I told her I needed validation as I have no knowledge of this debt, she said yea well you'll see it them when it's in the form of garnishment and charges. They then called my dad right after even know they have my phone number. They are trying too scare me to pay 5000 in order to not be charged legally. She asked me if I was in probation. I told her no, she said I didn't see you had ever been in trouble, so I thought I'd give you an opportunity. Anytime I asked a question she would interrupt and tell me she didn't tell me I could talk and if I wanted to be aggressive she will click that button and send the request.
