Daniel Dukes is advertising to build your new home under ADT Premier homes in Dallas Ga. He does not have a Ga builders license. We went under contract with him and his partner Amir. He builds in Florida and we were lead to believe he would build our home. We waited 3 1/2 months and nothing was ever done. We were lied to regarding him getting permits and the whole building process. BEWARE of him. You will wait and wait and nothing will happen. We trusted him and he lied to us and strung us along!
