Called an ADT phone number I’ve had for a while. Recording said the call was being redirected to customer service. Representative with India accent. Told me call was recorded for quality assurance. Asked for problem description. Told him cameras and doorbell not working. Asked for the spelling of my name. I confirmed. Then asked for DOB, I questioned why. Representative hung up in my face. I called a different ADT number from their app. Feel compromised! Fakes gave my name, security system identifier, and DOB even though I did not confirm it.
