The call representative claimed I qualify for ADT Solar and I can schedule an appointment to speak with a “solar technician” to see my next steps. They had a slight accent, recited to me my name and home address, and when questioned further about solar panels, they will say “I am not qualified to answer that but the technician can help with that”.
