I was dealing with financial hardship at the time needing help with bills. I went online apply for a loan. I received a message by phone stating that this company would possibly be able to help me with my situation. I thought thank you Lord finally I can stop crying every night and waking up and pretending nothing was wrong to my children and others. Upon speaking with the rep from the loan company they broke down how I would pay them back. I've never done this before so I really didn't know the ends and outs and how it all worked. I just wanted some help for bills. So as I was stating, i asked (only due to someone telling to ask) is there any penalty for paying the loan back in advance. The rep said that there was no penalty towards an advance payment towards the loan. So as we proceeded with the loan process he then stated that I should put some type of insurance on the loan to cover myself God forbid anything were to happen to me and I was unable to make payments. So I did. I put all of the money that I had left to my name down as insurance coverage for my loan. I asked him what form of payments do you accept. He stated western union and another company I can not recall the name and itune cards. He stated that in order to speed up the process of getting my loan it be best for me to make my payments through "iTunes cards" so being the desperate gullible me in my crisis and need of help never dawning on me this is a scam I proceeded. Because in my heart all I was looking for was some financial help with my bills not to be apart of any illegal activity. This company took all the money from me that I had left. I could have to put the money for my "insurance" towards bills and just continued to try and come up with more money. I gave them all of my personal information. Well that wasnt enough. So he told me to give him some time and he would call me back so we hung up. A few hours go by and he calls back. He said the first time we were on the phone that, that would be all he needed to get loan finalized. Well when he called back he was looking for more money. I told him I had no more money to give and i needed my loan so that I could take care of my responsibilities asap. He then said he didnt know why they would not not release the funds. So let me him figure it out and he'd call me right back. He did not call back on the same day because by then it was getting late and he said previously that their office closed at 8pm. So I called him back the next day I couldnt reach him but he returned my call later. He then proceeded to tell me that we would have find another way. So he said we're going to wire money into you account as verification money and then I'd have to send it back to them. So I said ok and all I have to do is get the money back to you all and my loan will be taking care of he said yes because its just to make sure your account is in good standing or something of that nature. So I did just so and this all had to be done through "itunes cards". So now after doing that still waiting on my laon that still had not been placed into my account. I go to the bank to try and get the money that was placed in my account because I've already sent the copmany their money back so I didnt think anything of it. I thought I'd still have a little money left over from the check. Upon trying retrieve the money is when I found out it was all a scam. I spoke to the branch manager trying to get a mannual release on my money only to find out that these people wierd a fake check into my account. Could of had me arrested had the branch manager not had what I think was God tell her I wasn't trying to get over and I was actually being honest and was the victim of a scam. I could of been arrested for fraud. I filed a police report. Again I was lucky enough that God showed me favor and sent out a (might I add extremely open minded a willing to have a warm heart and listening ear) officer who was understanding and seen it all before but yet and still willing to listen to not only me but the branch manager and tol beleive that I wasnt a scammer. She didnt arrest me and allowed me to file a report. All while In the process of filing the report with the police officer the rep calls me and the police officer spoke to them as if she were me and listen to them and found out herself with her own ears, that it was a scam so everybody was reassured once again that I was not trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes I was truly being scammed and I thought that I was legit being helped. I lost out on a lot of money all of my information had been given over to some criminals my bank account look a mess please people please don't believe someone selling you a dream if it's too good to be true, it is just that so don't do it. I was at a rough place in my life dealing with a lot overwhelmed with a lot of responsibilities and in fear that I was going to be put out and I have two little children to be responsible for on my own with no help. I've been working extremely hard and came down o. Hard times looking for a bit of help. Alll I wanted was some help I never wanted to be a part of anything like this. Please go to your own Banks and try to get help. Btw I didn try that fjrst but was unable to get help there so thats how appling online came about just fyi...but please go to people that are accredited for sure and actually are legit (reseach dont be like me) don't allow somebody just to call you and let you think that they're an actual company looking to help you. Because these people will tell you anything. This company said they were apart of apple so never questioned it. I'm only saying this because I'm sharing experience in hopes of helping aomeine else. I am aware that there are people smart enough to know that this was not how things go unfortunately I was one of the many who don't/didn't know this is not how things work and I gullible to believe that I was actually getting some help I know now my eyes are open NEVER AGAIN!!! I'mI just putting this out there in hopes that I can help the next ppl/person.
