I started working there and they not only didn't pay me what was discussed but kept all of my commissions. They would give me excuses why I was not getting my 1.5% commission such as the customer didn't have good credit, the loan was hard to work, etc. My commission had nothing to do with whether the loan was hard to work or not it was a straight 1.5% on each loan I sold. He does not have a license to sell loans but he is doing it anyway. What he is doing is hiring people getting them in there and then not paying commission and they quit, meanwhile he's earned money off the employees as well, not to mention the loans are at 45% and the people are desperate and he is taking advantage of them.
