ABOUT US
Advanced Auto Imports is a nationwide foreign car parts supplier specializing in importing auto parts straight from vendors and manufacturers in Europe. Our headquarters is located in Indianapolis, IN, and there are 30 people currently on our team. We are importing exterior automotive parts for such brands as BMW, VolksWagen, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes Benz or practically any other car produced in Europe. As a full cycle auto parts supplier, we have the largest collection of both CAPA and NSF certified aftermarket parts.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Client Manager to join our team working from home. Candidates residing in any US state are welcome to apply, no relocation is required! There are full-time and part-time options, you can choose to work 20 or 40 work hours per week, Mon-Fri. No equipment is provided for employees: all work assignments can be performed online on our web server. Any laptop, Mac, tablet or smartphone would be acceptable; as for software, you will need a web browser, basic office programs and a PDF viewer.
The Client Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Managing relationships with existing clients and providing the best level of customer service;
- Assisting with the daily operations, billing and collections;
- Interacting with vendors to arrange order completion and delivery dates;
- Submitting reports and recommendations to senior management on discovered issues associated with certain clients
Sales, cold calls or advertising are NOT part of this job!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role as a Client Manager, you will need the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Web savvy, experience of browsing the web, emailing and using general office programs
- The ability to think, respond, and act efficiently under nominal supervision
When hired as a Client Manager, you can expect:
- Your first paycheck in the amount of $3300 after a probation period of 3 weeks;
- Base salary of $4650/month for full-time and $2600/month part-time paid bi-weekly;
