I applied online and a week or so later I get an email stating that I was approved for a loan and that a representative with give me a call for more details. The representative explained my options saying that I had to put up money first to guarantee a loan. He also gave me two other options such as having someone co-sign or having to put up a collateral such us investments (land etc). He stated that the other two options would take the longest which is why putting up money would be easy and fast. The loan was for 15k and as I was desperate I believed him. I asked for a contract before sending any money. He continued to reassure me that everything was legit and that he understood my mistrust. I believed him. I sent him money to a bank account that he sent. He said the money would take 1-2hours for it to show up on my account. About an hour later he calls saying that his manager said that there was a problem with the loan and that she will be giving me a call. She called me and said that there was 3 investors willing to give me a loan however one backed out because they believed that I wouldn’t be able to keep up the payments. The other two investors suggested for me to put up another 1000. The manager reassured me that I would get my money straight away. I did what they asked as I really needed the money to pay my rent and other expenses. However after waiting, no money was sent to my account. I texted the original representative and he said he’d look into it. I called him and he answered and I explained my worries and he reassured me by stating that he’ll find out what happened and made me believe that everything will be okay. He said “as you can see I’m replying to your texts and your calls so I understand and will help you contacting the manager” by then I was losing hope of getting my money back. He replied to text and calls for a day after they took the money but they stopped replying to my texts or taking my calls. Then I got an email stating that my contract will be terminated and to contact my representative for more information. I called him several times with no answer. I called the manager several times as well and got the voicemail. She called me back a day later apologizing and saying that she’s confused as to why the money isn’t in my account. She even went as far to say that she tried calling me twice which I know was a lie as there is no indication on my call log of that happening. She said to give her 20mins to find out and that she’ll call back. And if she didn’t call back in 20mins to give her a call and she’d answer. At this point I was frustrated and humiliated and I wanted to yell at her however as I was in a public setting I refrained from doing so. After 20mins she did not call back so I called her 3 times but again got no reply. And I haven’t heard from either the representative or manager since.

Legit looking website, Address and all socials lead no where, you apply all online and had to supply all my personal info and the company took all the funds in the account.
