Offered a personal loan of 5000.00 with a 10 % downpayment was promised it by 7pm. At 7;05 pm got a call saying that the lender backed out and wanted another 1250 to get 15,000. When called Raymond he said no it was 750.00 more for that one and we asked for our money back and was told 8 to 10 business days to get it back.
