I had applied for a loan and was contacted via text and when I called to verify information, they were very convincing. Offered me a loan and emailed me a Docusign contract but after I signed the contract, they insisted that I paid the $1,400 "loan security" and refused release the loan funds to me until I did. When I asked for more information, they said everything will be dealt with over the phone after they received my deposit via etransfer to some email address that belonged to a "license broker" - the email provided was [email protected] - when I questioned him (his name was "Mike Harris") he threatened to cancel my contract if I didn't send the deposit by the end of the week and became very hostile. Beware of this non-existent company, I almost got tricked!
