Saw product for Slenderized Keto supplement on Facebook website, stated Ree Drummond used for recent weight loss. Like most people, always looking for a product to help with weight loss. Clicked on product website, read further information about product, and one time offer for $5.99 for this product. After clicking on this product, it stated people also purchased Precise Cleanse Supplement, now being offered for $5.94. Both these offers stated Money Back Guarantee. I did click on this product too, and looked for more terms and conditions regarding return process, and to ensure that there were no hidden charges, like Shipping and Handling, or any recurring charges. No alarms went off, except a little skeptical about this great price. Unfortunately, I went through with the purchase.
Few days later, received 2 separate shipping confirmation emails regarding products on their way. Both products came in ONE box, with a Packing Slip, showing Quantity, Item Code, and each had a phone number under Description. A THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! and do not hesitate to contact them for any questions. The back of the Packing Slip stated " Incase you need to make a return, please include original non-tampered or obscured shipping label."
Nothing else was included in box, no directions, or further info about the product..............NOTHING. I have ordered other supplements before from other companies, and usually there is advertising, or further information about the products. Since, there was nothing else in the box, I decided to back to their website to read again about their return policy. Website was not found, it took me to another companies website, selling something different from what I ordered, Vitamins and Face Serum, not Keto or Cleanse supplements.
I somehow happened to come across a complaint from several people stating that this company charged them additional money for the products they ordered, and not able to get a refund. They had reported the company to the BBB.
This got me worried, wondering if I would be charged additional money for these products on my Credit Card, and I was. $89.55 for Keto Slenderize and $84.66 for Precise Cleanse. I called my Credit Card company to dispute the additional charges. My Credit Card Company provided me with 2 additional phone numbers not listed on my packing slip to call first, before a case would be open. I called all 4 numbers, 855-373-8402, 855-466-0660 and the two provided by my Credit Card Company 855-451-0079, 855-468-4817. ALL NUMBERS are NOT IN SERVICE. The websites are bogus. I informed my Credit Card Company , a case was opened, charges temporarily reversed until investigation was complete.
My Credit Card after their investigation Chargeback the $89.55, and $84.66, per the information they received from the company. I read the documents provided by the company, NONE of this was information was provided during the initial purchase of the products. Website is still Bogus, None Existence, and the phone numbers are NOT in Service. In the Company and Product Description they to my Credit Company was picture and descriptions of something different, a face serum and vitamin supplement.

My Credit Card Company will reverse the additional charges, which I am very disappointed, because this company is a bogus company, with no valid phone number to contact them, regarding this matter. Evidently they do have a valid warehouse, and fax number that my Credit Card Company was able to reach them by.
