On September 28, 2024 I purchased a custom Houston Astros license plate frame from this company. The item was received on October 4th. The packaging was in good shape, but when unpacked, the license plate frame was damaged (bent and scratched). I immediately sent an email to the company asking for a replacement, and have had no reply. I have sent 2 emails by replying to the confirmation email, sent an 2 additional emails to an alternate email address provided in the confirmation email, and sent a 5th email using the “contact us” link on their website. I have also tried calling the various phone numbers on their website with no luck. They have an alternate address and phone number on their website, which is 309 San Clemente Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107 Ph: 573-362-4446 I need your help contacting them to receive a replacement item or credit if a replacement is unavailable.
