I received a call 3/13/2024 saying that I was approved for a loan. They told me they was sending me the loan money in my bank account instead they issued cashier checks and told me to send through cash from my Wells Fargo account for verification. They went on to say since my credit is bad they have to do it this way. Once they did the bad checks my bank called and stated that someone posting bad checks in my account so I stop answer they phone calls. When I went to my bank to get information of what’s going on in my account. They did a provisional credit which is a dispute of my car note money which was 993.20. They filed a claim under my name with my bank disputing the charge and asking me to send it to them for verification. Now I am getting harassed and threats. They are telling me that I owe them money when my bank activity is clearly showing that they are some scammers. They are calling me from my bank number. They treating me and my sister.
