I was looking for a money lender for a real estate transaction, and found Tam Dang/ Tasha Ford on Facebook. promoting he was do 100% financing for the deal. then I begin the information process and submitted all the requirements asked ie: name, DL, paystub, credit score. then I signed the first contract and sent the first wire for the preparation of the loan this amount was $1,850. after this I was asked to signed the loan origination, processing and taxes contract and send the second wire which was $4,625. after I did this I asked was asked to pay 10% of my $185,000 loan which would have been $18,500. and I brought up how he promoted 100% financing but if I have to put %10 down that's not 100% financing. then he said they paid the 10% and just added it to my loan but still wanted me to pay it. I respectfully declined and asked for my refund on everything I sent, because the loan wasn't sent to me yet. he said okay but I would have to sign a loan cancellation agreement and pay a cancellation fee which was $1,500. on the agreement it said it would 30 day to be processed and disbursed. so I signed the agreement and sent the fee money and after the 30 days I reached back out and tam said the refund will be disbursed on a Monday(MLK day) the banks were closed that day and two weeks later when I emailed him again he said there was a problem with his bank but we are well outside of the 30 days the agreement said it would take. now he has stopped responding.
