Contacted by phone and advised that Advanced Tech Support was closing and they were refunding $500 to me. In order to accomplish they refund they needed access to my online bank website. Stupidly I allowed them access. They indicated that they would refund a total of $500. It would be done in two transactions, $200 and then $300. They gave me a blank screen to fill in my bank name and the amount. When I tried to enter the first amount of $200 it was rigged to actually show $20,000. They then said that it was my mistake and showed me a doctored bank screen indicting that they had deposited the $20,00 into my account. They then became forceful saying that it was my mistake and I had to correct it. When I told then that it was not my mistake they became forceful. They even showed me my bank screen indicating that they had taken all of the money out of my account. At this point I shut down their access, rebooted my PC. I assume had I followed the scam further they would have demanded that I return to them the $19,800 they had pretended to send me., I immediately logged into my online bank. They had transferred $20,000 from savings to checking. I called the bank who restored the money back to saving. They also loaded My PC Lock software on my PC which I had to have removed. I will never every again give anyone access to my PC. Don't know if Advanced Tech Support was involved at all but I did call them to ask if they were indeed going out of business and they said no.

I was having issues with my computer like it was slow and wouldn't open some e-mails and they told me they could do a one time tune up and it would be like new. For $199.99. I paid and it ran good for 2 days and never since. it has viruses and won't start up and when i call them they put *** *** people on the phone and they infect it worse. I am disputing now with my c.c. company.

I know this company as Advanced Tech Support not as Call Experts LLC. I bought what I thought a Microsoft product Speedy PC Pro. It actually was not Microsoft product but something called Paratologic. I did not know how to install this and was directed to ATS. They were very nice as I explained that I was not computer savy.Adrian Edwards was the person who was going to help me.He took control of my computer and said while this program would help what I really needed was a system tune up and Panda Security. I should have hung up when the price went from $400 each to $150.00 each. Each time I hesitated the price went down. I bought one time tune up for $150.00. They took control of my computer. 1 day after the fix I could not access my computer. Speedy PC Pro kept popping up all the time like it was in control. I turned off computer and took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy. They told me that Microsoft didn't make Speedy PC Pro or any product like that as they are useless and only take up space. They fixed my computer, removed virus from ATS and installed security. Since then no problems. I was able to recover my $150 through my credit card. At first ATS said it was legitimate charge. I submitted a four page letter documenting what happened so my credit card company took off the $150 charge again. My credit card company never heard from ATS again so thankfully I didn't loose any money. There were many red flags when I was talking with Adrian. I should have known better. I'm an honest person, he was very nice, I got taken in. I don't want it to happen to anyone else. I am wiser now. Thank you. This happened in 2015
