Called and asked on a recorded line if we wished to order gloves, when asked if they were our contracted company they then continued to push until we said yes to a trial box. We received a case of gloves instead and when we tried to send the case back, they insisted that they could not do refunds. They never stated the cost. Once an invoice was received they would only play back the portion of the recording of our employee saying ok I will try a box. At no time does she say a case. Now they continue to add finance charges that are outrageous.
