Please stop this company from stealing peoples money. People sincerely looking for work stop don’t even go to such places for bogus interview.

The guy James just called me today. Something in my spirit said that something is off about this guy. He told me the same thing about bringing $150 for the job and I may get selected. I’m not going to meet him. I felt it was a scam. He called me from 718.593.6685.

It has been over a year chasing those scammers with money theft & lies regarding employment !

In the middle of COVID crisis back 2020, a person with different names "Josh" or "Blake" dressed in a suit representing himself as the boss. They gather the people in a waiting room. To go to an "Interview", kinda of random questions. They ask to pay 140$ nonrefundable in cash immediately, and on the same day you pay 260$ to get referred to their network of companies later.

Afterwards they ask you to go & get security guard license "extra fees "in order to issue "OSHA CARD" & then be able to apply. It was a time that no job can be found easily with the COVID crisis & even though I didn't get the type of job I insisted on with that "Boss" at the beginning but I kept going to to the place after I got the security guard license in order to issue the OSHA Card & getting the job after.

I kept going from where I live about 10 times minimum, back & forth to be told that "oh sorry come back next week, they will definitely issue your osha card", or any kind of nonsense excuses. Those trips cost me over 100$ plus hours of time wasted with exhaustion & frustration.

The address of their old office was 325 W 38th Street, New York 10018, 11th floor.

I went again to their office to find out by the secretary works in the 11th floor that they left the whole building & she gave me the new address. "They didnt even bother to let their clients "or victims" know where they are.

The new address is: 115 W 30th Street, 2nd floor, room 207

I went there to find a new staff, the "Boss" Blake or Josh was just getting new excuses that he needs to get "approval" from the accounting department for my money to be refunded as I already lost my trust in that place. Got an appointment next week to meet James, kept apologizing and saying you will get your refund but at the moment we can as no cash & I will send you by Zelle. He signed the paper contract that I initially had. To disappear after a while with lies & promises of transfer the money next week.

I stopped going or asking as it's just waste of time & more money commuting.

If I calculate since the beginning of this crap its over 500$ with commute, long hours wasted with rage & frustration of lies, theft & not even give what they promise at the beginning.

The other scammer James is known as the "accountant" his number is 7185936685

Ripping off people's money in the COVID time & wasting their time, give wrong promises & run to new addresses & keep the stolen money & "recruit" more victims.

I hope if there is any legal action can be taken against those thieves to get people's money back & prevent such crimes in the future.

Got a call from two days ago about this job. A hispanic woman called me, told me it was $22, the certification was $100 and they were looking for immediate hire. I just went for an interview today and When I got to the hotel I actually googled up the company and the first thing that popped up was this website! While I was there I bumped into a young woman who was also there to be interviewed. We were both scheduled to be interview in suite 1109 and when we knocked, no one responded. Then when we went over to suite 1107 there was a note on the door saying that all managers and recruiters were out for the day and if you were schedule to be interviewed to come back on Wednesday, March 17. We knocked and a young hispanic woman opened the door and began to apologize for what was happening. Apparently all the managers and recruiters got "sick." ? I went home and google the company some more and I'm convince its a scam

Like everyone is saying, a complete fraud. And after trying to get it back and being gaslit and given the run around for over a month, I lost hundreds of dollars. I reported them to the FTC and I suggest you do too. https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/

My recruiter was ms Romero the worst ever the company is a Fraud

This company is a fraud had an interview on august paid 400 for my license never received them kept getting the run around . It’s November kept making like they had a job for me. The email and number they provided stop responding and all. It’s all a big lie they take your money and run i still have my receipts and papers

I have been a victim to this fraudulent company as well and the information they have provided was completely false. It’s been two months now since the “interview” with the fraud company advantage premier consulting inc. has given nothing to show for it. After being ghosted for two months and going to an office when another appointment was made finally and still had the doors closed and being laughed at on the phone for the “confusion” just for me to pick up this osha card which I never took a class for and that is very problematic and disturbing. Anyway this is the proof I have provided I can’t disclose my information due to my safety. Hoping we can at least help future applicants from making the mistake in trusting animals that have no care for others.
Also have two cell phone numbers of these members in that company you can reach them as well :
1. (212) 470-2465
2. (646) 373-6693

Wow the same exact thing happen to me

Do you have an office on 285 West 38th Street Suite 1109

Anyone who reads these negative comments about our firm and believe for one second that these complaints are valid you are highly mistaken. For one these people are speaking of a MR. JOSH that never worked at our firm. Every client who pays for licenses, we help them get work with our sites seeking professionals for higher. Also if you are some one who has common sense would notice how you only see 3 comments instead of hundreds. Just this year alone we have brought on board over several hundred people and you only see 3 negative comments supposedly about us. Because we do not know of this Mr. JOSH these people are describing. But 3 comments out of several hundred people is not even 1 percent of complaints. The real facts are we have no problems. So we urge you to use your own reasoning and common sense and don't let these comments hinder you from the opportunities we have available. Think for yourself. If you have any doubts, questions,
or concerns, simply call us or email us and we will remedy whatever questions or concerns you have. Thank you for you consideration.

I just left there not to long ago. Everything seemed legit until I started putting pieces together. First I got a phone call from a random person who didn’t even reveal their name saying that I was being offered a job for $20 a hour at a hotel front desk. They give me the address to where I need to go. I get there and that wasn’t the job being offered. They were offering training programs that with help you get license for the job. In order for employment apparently you need these licenses. There was a Latina woman who interviewed me first she said her name was Sosa to then sign my receipt paper under another name called Gigi Mati. So whatever this Latina woman name is she continues to say that the company AP Advantage Premier Consulting, works for all these residential and corporations but could never name one. The money they ask for when it comes to obtaining the license is way overpriced compare to getting it for free through government services or cheaper through government programs. So that’s 3 red flags. To later proceed, I started calling the numbers that were giving to me to ask them more questions and none of the numbers work. I reached out via email still nothing. They collect your I.D and resume just so it can give you a feel of getting an actual job but you never really do. They only collect your I.D so they can look you up to make sure your not a violent person or have history of crime. Something told me to do more research on them and I come here to only notice I’m not the only one who had this experience. This is just beyond me that they have an office in Manhattan in the first place.

Im going to their office because thats not fair to all of us who paid large sums of money.

You were wrong believing in these comments below its not even our firm they are referring to. Secondly all of our people have the option to obtain the licensing outside of us they do not have to pay for licensing in our office. If you felt you were able to get the license for free, you should have said something. We would have told you to go ahead and do so. Once you would have gotten the license we would have sent you out for work immediately. So this report is off.

ok I had the same experience so tell me who is Mr josh because you did not verify that he is even you guys employer i went through the same exact scenario so either you guys have an identity problem or scam ! so i will report this to lawyer and police because this happened last week to me and for people feel like there pressured and forced to have to pay money regardless what its for and why would a person think they coming in to get a job end up dishing out money

We did you the favor and located the company you are talking about using a similar name to ours. They are located at 115 W 30th street ste 207. New York. 2124702465. There you can find your mr Josh and employees. We are not the company you are describing in these reports.

Presented for a job interview after an ad on craigslist - they discussed an opportunity as a security / front desk person for various buildings that they provide staffing for - I was asked to pay for OSHA training and Security Guard training program that would then be reimbursed to me after starting the job. The latin woman Ms Romero - took my money, provided me receipts and told me that I was perfect for the job. She then instructed me that Mr Josh would be contacting me for Orientation, etc and then I would start working - none of this took place, they took my money and now I find that this is a scam and I have lost my $739.00

There were several other people there who were paying and it is actually sickening - there is no employment opportunity - this is 100% a scam. I am extremely disappointed and upset that I fell victim to this

They have an ad for a Front Desk Agent position on Craigslist with a phone number to call. I called the number and no one picked up, they called me back and told me to come in the next day for an interview (job is already too easy to get). I go in for the interview, a few other people are waiting to get scammed. Over the phone he told me to bring $140. After a long wait, a Latina woman who was conducting interviews was saying it looks good to our potential employer that we had such patience. I talked to the Latina woman and she told me she liked me and I got the job. She proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for certifications for the job that will cost the $140 processing fee and an additional $260 for an OSHA 30 hour certification or something that you never have to pay out of pocket right off the bat for for an actual job. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and knew this was a scam but I was so desperate to see if I could get a job that I went ahead with it. The job is not real and they will take your money and none of the phone numbers they give you will ever work, they’ll never answer your call. They’re running a completely fake employment scheme. I have no idea how they have an office space in Midtown Manhattan to run this scheme out of but they all need to be arrested. There were several Latina women working for this “Mr. Josh” and they’re all in on it, elaborately lying to you just to get $400 out of you.

You must have the wrong firm. Because a Mr.Josh never was employed by our company. Secondly we always respond to our calls. So you definitely have the wrong company.

Hello,

We first want to take the time out and apologize for your experience at our firm. Please try to understand that we try our best to customer service our people, make sure that all of our clients are properly serviced, and they get what they pay. We will like you to come back down to the office and explain to us in person what exactly it is you felt was done wrong to you, and we will try our best to help resolve the issue.

Now lets begin. For one we are a third party recruiting company who recruit for professional training schools and corporations seeking license professionals for higher. A person does not pay for a job in anyway shape or form. Now the price you are revealing to people is the cost of licensing required to pursue a career in the desired field you applied for. We consider a scam to be not getting what you paid for, and all of our clients obtain the necessary license that they pay for to gain employment in the desired industry. If you felt that you should have not had to pay for a license to obtain employment, you should have simply not enrolled in an agreement that explains everything to you clear as day. You are clearly upset and spreading false information about our firm, because you were simply unclear of what you were signing up for.

We are a company who prides ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction and we help resolve any and all issues as long as it fits into our enrollment agreement. We can help you. But we must be afforded the opportunity to do so. All of our clients are told to email us with any issues they have and we will resolve them, but you must email us NOT CALL due to our phone lines always being busy most of the time.

It seems to us that your mind is made up and we can't help at this point, but feel free to reach out to us when you are ready for help.

Thank you kindly for letting us know your experience with us, but we strongly disagree with the facts of the matter. 1. we are far from a scam. 2 No one pays for a job. 3. We never guarantee a job to a person who is not yet license and has not gone through a background check and drug test, so the statement that a job was offered to you at the initial meeting is false. You have one thing correct in this entire statement the pricing, we charge a total of $400 for our OSHA CARD. That is the price we charge. If you were simply not happy with the price, you should have never paid. Its that simple. Also we recruit for over 84 different locations, you need to have both a Security Guard license and OSHA CARD before you can be sent out for work and an actual job offer can be given to you. It seems you did not complete the process to move on to the next steps and receive valid job placement assistance.

We wish you all the luck in the world finding the right career and we are here if you ever need help from us. Again we apologize for your experience.

Sincerely
Management
