First, I declined their insurance coverage for collision since I had my own already. Next, upon picking up rental vehicle, the employee failed to inspect and document the condition/known damage to the vehicle. Lastly, when I returned the vehicle, I did what was I instructed to accordingly to their protocol; I parked the car in front of business and dropped the keys in a lockbox near entrance. Weeks later, I get an email and call from my car insurance (Allstate) that the car was reported to be damaged via the car rental company. And now a third party, Orlando Rentco LLC is trying to receive payment for the alleged damages. As far as I know, the car never got damaged while in my possession, and was returned in the same condition as I received it.
