Over a year ago, a very aggressive sales person convinced us to try a box of gloves via phone. Now every month we are sent one case of gloves for $1500 each month. Tried to return. Will not take back. Sent email. Phone call. Gave notice. Still trying to send and get us to pay.

Caller dialed our business told an employee that we had an account with them but had never ordered. Asked if they could send some samples of medical gloves. Employee said yes. they shipped a 6 boxes of 100 nitrile gloves. Months later, they sent an invoice stating that it was PAST DUE, with additional late fees. The invoice price is at least 10 times the market price for the products but no permission was given to be billed for products.
