On November 9, 2024, while on Fscebook, I saw a nice ad for a brand name luxury perfumes advent calendar. Everyday the gift receiver opens a different brand name perfume sample to try. I clicked on the ad that took me to the store direct. I ordered two. I should have received the gift by December 7. I didnt. In November, I tried to cancel the purchase. I was told the item was in transit and I'd have it soon and I couldnt cancel while it was in transit. I didnt know it was coming from China. A while later, I checked the tracking number given and it said the package was delivered 11-29. I checked the post office, the tracking number isn't one they use. I am working with my credit card fraud office. Yolo, their cs contractor has offered me a partial refund.

The website was sellinf funkopop advent calendar for a discount. They provided a tracking number and it showed delivered in 10 days but never showed up. Would not do anything to make the situation correct. Will not refund the money
